| Position anchor flush on surface with edge of baseplate perpendicular to fall hazard; wood substrate must be 3/4" CDX or better and metal substrate must be 20 gauge or better. Fully embed #14 10-2" hex head screws into substrate. Insert SRL into anchor's carriage and insert hitch pin. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations. Structural member must be able to support 5000# force. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. |
